HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDER Having browsed our online offer, if you would like to place your order, you can EITHER:

Please fill in the online order form and submit to us. Our customer service representatives will contact you within 24 hours after having received your order form to confirm your order and delivery schedule.
Please note that our customer service representatives are available at 51171107 to take your phone call order from 11:30 am to 9:00 pm Hong Kong time.  If at any time you get a busy line, please leave message of your contact phone number, and we are pleased to return you call as soon as possible
If you happen to place your order with honeypetshop.com shopping cart after 9:30 am, we will contact you the next day after 11:30 am to confirm your order as well delivery schedule.

MINIMUM ORDER and DELIVERY SCHEDULE [ e|d ]

 

Minimum order
Our currently delivery areas are including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and NewTerritories (except outlying islands and Tung Chung)
Free delivery offers to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and New Territories when your order total comes to HK$600 or more.

Free delivery will offer to include Ma Wan when your order total comes to HK$900 or more.
Hong Kong Island: Thursday and Saturday 6:30 pm to 10:00 pm
Kowloon and New Territories: Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
Our customer service representatives will call to remind you the agreed delivery schedule the day before the delivery, and call again during the day of delivery to make sure you will be there. If for any reasons we could not reach you during the delivery date, your order will be on hold. A rearrangement of delivery schedule
will be required.
To enable us to serve you better in a safety manner, delivery may be delayed in case of bad weather or when No. 3 Typhoon Signal being hoisted. Delivery schedule will be cancelled when No. 8 Typhoon Signal being hoisted or Black Rainstorm Warning is announced. Delivery will be rescheduled with you afterward.
To enable us to give you our best price, we could not deliver order to your door if your building is without elevator.

We can only accept cash delivery at this time. Please do us a favor to prepare exact amount of cash for your order.
While we make every effort to ensure the correctness of the quality and quantity of your order before leaving our warehouse, may we request you to check the merchandise upon receipt and notify our delivery personnel immediately in case of any damage or wrong order to avoid unnecessary dispute in future.
